Choosing the right session length

Some people prefer a focused one-hour session, while others benefit from a longer appointment where these is more time to explore things in greater depth. We can discuss what may be most suitable for you during your free introductory call.

A focused therapy or hypnotherapy session, ideal for regular, ongoing support

A longer session allowing more time to explore what is going on for you and work at a deeper level

Stop Smoking
(one session up to 2 hours)

A single, extended session, dedicated to support you in stopping smoking for good.
