A space where you can be yourself

There is no single way to experience life as a man. You may feel expected to keep going, solve every problem or stay strong for everyone else, even when things are difficult inside.

Therapy gives you time to speak openly about your mental health. We can explore what you have been carrying, the patterns you notice and what you want to feel different.

You do not need to be in crisis or have everything worked out. We can start with what matters to you, one conversation at a time.

What would you like support with?

You may be facing a particular difficulty, feeling stuck in a familiar pattern, or wanting space to make sense of how you feel.
01

Anxiety & overthinking

Make sense of worry, self-pressure and the thoughts that keep going when you want to switch off.

04

Stress & burnout

Explore work, money, caring responsibilities and the pressure to keep everything together.

02

Depression & low mood

Talk about feeling flat, losing interest or pulling away from people, and discuss what support may be appropriate.

05

Confidence & self-worth

Explore self-doubt, harsh self-criticism and expectations about who you feel you should be.

03

Irritability & difficult feelings

Find space for frustration, anger or emotions that are hard to name, and consider how you want to respond.

06

Relationships & life changes

Talk about loneliness, loss, fatherhood, separation or changes in your relationships and identity.

What happens in men’s therapy?

01 · An initial conversation

A free 10–15 minute intro call lets you ask questions and discuss what you need, without pressure to book.

02 · Space to understand

We explore how you feel, the pressures in your life and what you want to change. You decide what to share.

03 · Find a way forward

Together we notice patterns, explore different responses and build on what helps, reviewing the work as we go.

Men’s mental health: you are not alone

17.3% of men aged 16–64 in England were identified with a common mental health condition in the previous week in 2023/24, compared with 11.9% in 1993.

It is okay to talk. Expectations to stay strong or cope alone can make asking for help difficult. Struggling does not make you weak, and you do not have to wait until things become a crisis.
